Simulation

Some people unwind by smashing zombies. Other people unwind by simulating an eight-hour shift behind the wheel of a truck. That's what simulation games are about: turning real jobs, vehicles, and routines into something you actually want to play, with as much physics and detail as possible. Parking that truck just right, or mowing your lawn in perfect lines, counts as a win too.
